Constant visual supervision of children is required at this property. 

The abundance of native wildlife in the area can be a danger to children – please be vigilant. 

Always keep children at arms-length near water.

Please be considerate to other guests.

The Beltree is pet friendly and has a strict policy. 

Pets are part of the family and welcome here, you  will be provided with a crate for your  fur baby to stay in if you are out and about exploring our beautiful valley.  Please always keep pets on a lead and enjoy the  property. 

Please keep pets off the bed and lounge to avoid an additional $100 cleaning charge to  the credit card nominated for guest registration.

In the event you have forgotten to included your pet in your booking and have brought your pet away with you we reserve the right to charge your bond the $60 Pet fee.
