Air conditioning is fitted to the house. The control panel is located on the wall on the side of the internal fireplace. Please ensure that the air conditioning is turned off when out and upon check out.

Each bathroom has body wash, shampoo and  conditioner for you to enjoy during your stay. 

A hairdryer is also available for use.

One bath towel and one pool towel is supplied  per guest, per stay as well as a hand towel and  bathmat.

All beds are made up with fresh, professionally  laundered linens. 

They also have a large fluffy blanket to keep you extra warm!

Both the iron and ironing board are in the laundry located downstairs.

Sewage is processed onsite using an environmental treatment system. 

Please do not flush sanitary pads, tampons or thick paper towels down the toilet.

Please do not put coffee grinds, fats, oils or food products down the sink. 

This property is on tank water, so please do not waste water unnecessarily.

Due to the rustic-ness of our old homestead hot water can take a little while to make it to the upstairs showers. Please be patient it will come!

We check your gas bottles prior to your arrival but in the rare occasion you find yourself with no hot water it may be the big bottle is empty, there is always a spare

If you go to the two big gas bottles beside your tent, move the switch to the other bottle this should fix the problem.
