Please enjoy the welcome items, including the bottle of wine, s’mores kit, coffee & tea; they are a gift to you from the owners of The Beltree!
Bathrobes, slippers, and earplugs are provided for each guest.
Slippers are complimentary; please wear them to and from the spa to avoid sand getting in the spas. Ear plugs are also complimentary; keep in mind you are camping, so you may hear usual noises from animals, trains, or your snoring partner!
Please park in the designated parking area and we ask that you please refrain from parking or driving on the grass.
The Beltree is a non smoking property. Smoking on the verandahs and outside areas only is permitted. Please do not discard butts on the lawns, in garden beds.
Check in & Check Out
Access codes will be emailed and text messaged to you 1 hr prior to check in time.
Check-in is from 3:00pm.
Check-out is 11:00am unless otherwise advised.
Late checkout is permitted only when arranged prior to arrival, Late check out without arrangement may incur a late check out penalty fee.
Please leave the property in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
If you’re staying with a group across multiple tents, please ensure items are returned to their respective tent to avoid additional charges.
Please ensure all appliances and lights are switched off, used robes are placed on the hooks in the ensuite and towels draped over the side of the bath tub, all windows are closed and doors are locked, all rubbish has been taken out to the silver bin near the key box, and the keys to the tent are returned to the key box.
Should you lose or damage your key, please notify management immediately - 0480 748 936.

We have no TV’s.
Remember you’re camping! Enjoy the fire pit, make some s’mores and take a dip in the spa and gaze at the stars.

The Beltree is home to an abundance of local wildlife including wallabies, native birds and reptiles.

Highland Cattle:
We have 2 highland steers on the property, which guests can interact with and hand-feed over the fence.
Situation Droughtmaster:
Our stud beef cattle herd, known as Situation Droughtmaster, is located at The Beltree and reflects our commitment to sustainable farming practices.
Carriage Horses:
As part of our most recent expansion, Macca & Moses are our stunning horses you will see either along Hermitage Rd or in The Beltree Paddocks.
