Please enjoy the welcome items, including the bottle of wine, coffee & tea; they are a giftto you from the owners of The Beltree!
Please park in the designated parking area in front of the sand stone blocks and we ask that you please refrain from parking or driving on the grass.
The Beltree is a non smoking property.
Smoking on the verandahs and outside areas only is permitted.
Please do not discard butts on the lawns or in the garden beds.
Check in & Check Out
Access codes will be emailed and text messaged to you 1 hr prior to check in time.
Check-in is from 3:00pm.
Check-out is 10:00am unless otherwise advised.
Late checkout is permitted only when arranged prior to arrival, Late check out without arrangement may incur a late check out penalty fee.
Please leave the property in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Please ensure all appliances and lights are switched off, all windows are closed and doors are locked, all rubbish has been taken out to the red bin outside

The Beltree is home to an abundance of local wildlife including wallabies, native birds and reptiles.
Please do not feed the local wildlife and drive carefully.If you encounter any injured wildlife, please contact Hunter Wildlife Rescue

Our Livestock
At The Beltree, we’re proud to offer unique experiences with our animals:
Highland Cattle:
We have 2 highland steers on the property, which guests can interact with and hand-feed over the fence.
Situation Droughtmaster:
Our stud beef cattle herd, known as Situation Droughtmaster, is located at The Beltree and reflects our commitment to sustainable farming practices.
Carriage Horses:
As part of our most recent expansion, Macca & Moses are our stunning horses you will see either along Hermitage Rd or in The Beltree Paddocks.
